Once an order is placed, our team will verify product availability and shipping details with you before processing and dispatching the package.

📌 Important Note for High-Value Orders: For orders totaling Rs. 10,000 or above, customers are required to pay a Rs. 500 security deposit in advance. This amount will be deducted from your final cash-on-delivery (COD) total. If you choose to cancel the order before dispatch, this deposit is 100% refundable.

2. Delivery Options & Courier Partners

We provide reliable nationwide delivery across Pakistan using trusted logistics partners, including TCS, Leopard, Postex & Trax (available upon request with advance payment).

• Karachi Local Options: For urgent deliveries within Karachi, same-day delivery can be arranged via third-party bike rider services (such as Bykea or Yango). Please note that for same-day delivery, the customer is responsible for booking and paying the rider directly.

• Other Cities (Overnight Shipping): If you need urgent delivery outside Karachi, overnight shipping can be arranged via TCS. This service requires advance payment of the order and any extra shipping costs.

3. Shipping & Delivery Charges (DC)

• Standard Delivery Charge: A flat rate of Rs. 250 applies to orders across Pakistan.

• FREE Shipping: Enjoy FREE delivery on all orders of Rs. 4,444 or more!

4. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you can expect delivery within the following working days:

• Karachi: 1–2 working days

• Within Sindh: 2–3 working days

• Outside Sindh (Punjab, KPK, Balochistan): 4–6 working days
